What Is Polarity Energy Healing?

Polarity therapy is a five-part healing process that blends multiple modalities into one personalized session:

Dialogue – We begin with intentional conversation to explore what’s coming up and where you’re feeling blocked.
Guided Meditation – You’re led into a deeper space of awareness where we gently explore the root of the issue—often a memory, sensation, or repeating pattern.
Elemental Diagnosis – Based on your emotions, words, and physical cues, I identify which of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) is most out of balance.
Hands-On Energy Work – Using gentle touch, I help release blocked energy from the body through rocking, stillness, or pressure as needed.
Integration Tools – I may offer movement, food recommendations, or grounding rituals to support continued healing at home.

Every session is uniquely guided by what your body and spirit need most. This work is especially supportive for postpartum recovery, emotional overwhelm, grief, life transitions, and deep energetic disconnection.

Energy Healing for Animals

Polarity isn’t just for people—it can also be profoundly supportive for animals. I’ve worked with bunnies, horses, even manatees, helping them clear trauma, restore balance, and return to a calm, connected state. If your pet is anxious, recovering from surgery, or simply needs energetic support, we can absolutely work together.

Animal sessions can be done in person or remotely depending on your location and comfort.

Your Comfort Is a Priority

Touch is never required. I also offer virtual sessions if you'd prefer distance healing, or we can meet in nature, at your home, or at Spark of Divine in Vero Beach. My goal is to make the experience as safe and supportive as possible for both you and your animals.
