What Is Polarity Energy Healing?

Polarity therapy is a five-part healing process that blends multiple modalities into one session:

Dialogue – We begin with intentional conversation to explore what’s coming up and where you’re feeling blocked.
Guided Meditation – You’re led into a deeper space of awareness where we explore the root of the issue—often a specific memory, physical sensation, or pattern.
Elemental Diagnosis – Based on your emotions, language, and physical cues, I identify which of the five elements is most out of balance.
Hands-On Energy Work – Using gentle physical touch, I guide the release of blocked energy from the body—rocking, pressing, or still-holding where needed.
Integration Tools – Before you leave, I may offer movement exercises, food recommendations, or daily rituals to continue your healing at home.

Every session is unique. This work is especially supportive for people navigating postpartum challenges, emotional overwhelm, grief, transitions, or energetic disconnection.
